    Hey guys,

    I am looking for the right partner to team up with to buy/rehab/flip a constant flow of wholesale properties all through the DFW metroplex. I have a background in Real Estate and as a General contractor. My brother has also been a commercial (JcPenney, Circuit city, Kawasaki) and residential general contractor since 1992, so I have the team setup. I just need the proper financing to fund these flips.
