last week I was driving around neighborhoods and made note of a house that was slightly over grown. Drove back by this week and saw one of the neighbors out so i stopped to ask about it. They informed me that the lady that lived in the house had passed away earlier in the year and that they thought it was going into foreclosure.
I have checked the county cad & tax listings and the house address is the contact address and the taxes were paid for 2013. Did a search and didn't see it listed as a pre-foreclosure/foreclosure. There are no signs in the yard, what is the next step?
