I know nothing about what many of y'all are already experts at. I've seen many, MANY people make a tremendous amount of money in Real Estate and I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines instead of being a participant.
I've talked to quite a few people in the recent months and everyone has given me advice. The one thing that keeps coming up is...... Use other peoples money to buy your properties. Hard money lenders, private money lenders so on and so forth.
I am a little guy with very little money but aspire to make my family's dreams become reality. I have a beautiful wife and 4 amazing kids and probably don't need to explain to any of you, but college is expensive. My oldest is only 3 years away from being there and my wife is in the middle of finishing her degree right now.
I've been online looking over qualifications for hard money lenders as well as private money lenders. I need to know where I can find these amazing properties everyone talks about that is 50-70% after ARV and I don't know where to begin to look.
