My name is Jessica I am a recent graduate with a Masters of Architecture and MBA now living in Dallas TX. I am currently working full time in an architecture firm and I am looking to supplement my current salary with real estate investment income.
I am posting here to see if there is any opportunity for me contribute any knowledge or skills (market/zoning/code research, design/area tabulations, estimating, cosmetic repairs, photography you name it!) in exchange for mentoring.
I would like to learn more about wholesaling and owner financed deals if possible. I am new to this industry and somewhat understand the concepts but I do believe that first hand experience is the best/quickest way to learn.
