    Hi,

    I'm new in the business I went to a few seminars and I really want to start doing real estate deal such as wholesale, rehab and cash flow deals I would love to find someone mentoring me and educate me because I found all those seminars just a big scam just trying to up sell all the time instead of teaching something for the money I already paid
