I've closed with quite a number of title companies over the years. Title Attorney, Kim Mills, is unquestionably my favorite. She's efficient, competitively priced, and has great customer service. I close with her every time I get to choose the title company. She worked with us over this 4th of July weekend in order to be sure we'd be able to close the following Monday on a deal that was coming together very quickly. That's just one of many deals we've closed that would likely not have been closed without her ability and willingness to move very quickly.
