Can anyone refer a handyman who does good work at a reasonable price? I just need to paint the exterior trim of a house, replace a few boards of the trim, fix a small portion of the gutter, lay some indoor/outdoor carpet on a porch, and replace a door to a storage closet. To give a better scope, I have a bid at $1,500 currently but the guy can't start for three weeks and I'd like to have it completed by the end of next weekend.
