I am looking to unload a rental property, no longer have the time or desire to be a landlord. It is a 3/2 with 1456 sq.ft. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood just Northwest of downtown Fort Worth and one block from Castleberry schools. Purchased the home in 2008 and have had the same family as tenants through the present and they have no plans of moving because of the close proximity to the schools and their young children.
I am looking to unload for $79k. I also own a flooring store and if you purchase the home and decide to add new flooring, I will get you the necessary materials at our cost so it would save a good amount of money.
