    Hi Greg,
    I would like to take a class that skips all the information on how you find houses and get good deals, financing and that elementary type information and focus on the real work that happens during a re-hab. If you could manage it, maybe a 3 trip type class where the class goes to a newly purchased SF, then go again about 1/2 way finished, then come to the open house. The ideal would share all the scope, schedule, and budget to actual. I enjoyed your first class!

    As a "newbie" touching on the find and fund is still of particular interest to me. Also tricks for getting to a proper price that will ensure a decent profit such as estimating costs, not only for the rehab itself but for "other" costs involved such as interest and utilities until the sale. There's also ALOT of pitfalls I would like a heads up about. I know most of these subjects will be mentioned and I know there's lots more to learn so give us all ya got Greg!! Don't be shy! LOL!

    Joe, Thank You! for the "Nuby" questions. We are going to deal with everything you mentioned, as well as TONS of other stuff that new Rehabbers have to focus on in order to be successful rehabbers.

    Jean, as a more experienced investor, I value your insight and have been working on developing an "advanced rehabbing" class that deals with the specifics you mentioned. I'll let you know as soon as I have a course outline finished. Maybe you and your breakfast group could get out your red crayons and mark it up for me? ;->
