Do they still exist? Lets say your trying to find a buyer for a property you have a pending short sale on. When you locate a buyer, the "seasoning" issue might come up, if they already have financing pre-approved. Im wondering what banks to direct the potential buyer to that might not have a seasoning requirement. By seasoning, I mean that title must be in place for 30 days or so.
Ive heard two names so far from other sources - Chase and Wells Fargo.
