I have got a great deal negotiated. 1355 square foot home. 1.5 acres. Sales price is 70k. ARV values anywhere from 140k to 160k. It depends on how nice you make it. It is a home that was built in the 40's. One owner, but it needs lots of work. I don't think it has been updated in 40 years. It will have to be a cash deal.
