A friend of mine is looking for a 3/2/2 in the HEB area (preferably Bedford) that might need "minor repair" which he is willing to do himself. I checked the PLS here in nubys first, so now Im asking the group. He might also be interested in a lease option, not sure yet as he is getting divorced. I dont want any money out of the deal, I just want to help my friend out now that I know there are bargains out there and investors are where to look for bargains. He is not in a big hurry and has no timeframe in mind.
