Hello I'm interested in learning how to do short sale investing. I'm thinking about buying a course called "Short Sales to  Riches" but I'm really sick of buying courses. I'm eager to learn this field of real estate investing. Can someone direct me to live course or coach/mentor that teaches short sales? And has anyone purchase "Short Sales to Riches"?

Scottie, I will be glad to share information on short sales with you. I have some information you will find interesting. You can reply to me at rjsu.properties@gmail.com. One thing I have learned about short sales is they require a lot of time. I learned some ways to avoid the time consuming parts of the process.

Robin, I started to post a question about this and found this thread before I did.  Im also interested in learning about doing short sales.

Hi Scottie,

Robin is being his usual understated-self. The short sale class he teaches is the best one around -- period.

I've had past Nuby's Group members (and past students of mine) give me thier courses to review. I've also attended other "guru"'s short sale classes. You can't do better than Robin's class. Besides, it's like $199 or some rediculously low price like that. Email him and get his info.

However, if you ARE one of those folks who just cannot help themselves and have to buy stuff from guys with fancy websites, do your research onlline ... then buy thier courses on eBay. I recently bought a several thousand dollar course online (wanted to check it against my Successful Rehabbing course) for $89.99 + $7 shipping. I watched the DVDs, read the books, then sold it on eBay a few weeks later for what I paid for it.
