How to send offers online?

Is there an easy way to fill out a TREC contract online and send to a property owner?

Investway has a function for sending offers, but I can't get it to work, so I'm trying to find an alternative.

    Thanks!

I've looked for a solution to this problem.  The easiest way would be to find a TREC contract in a pdf form that allows you to fill out the information.  But I have not been able to find one that you can edit.  One solution would be to use a non-trec contract.  Possibly one that is in a Word document format, so you can fill in the blanks.

Another possibility is to fill out a TREC contract by hand, then scan the pages into a pdf.  There are systems on the market to make this much easier, but I haven't messed with any of them.  But once you have the pdf of the contract, you can email it or fax it with something like eFax.

Good luck, let us know how you solve your problem.

There is a service called DocuSign, $10 per month for 5 documents, other rates for volume.  It allows you to insert places for electronic signatures in the contract, send it and the receiver can sign the doc on their phone, tablet or computer.

You can get a free trial that will actually let you send documents for signatures during the trial period to see if it meets your requirements.
