What is your prefered way to advertise your rental properties?

I've been fortunate enough not to have a vacancy in several years and I'll looking for new tennants this summer.  In addition to a sign in the yard - do you use websites, MLS, newspapers, what?  I have a feeling the most effective methods have changed since I last had a vacancy.

    thanks,

My realtor, Cynthia Bynum (817-360-0564 mobile), can help you with tenant procurement.  She will list your property in the MLS, put a sign in the yard and do other marketing, handle all phone calls and manage showings, and she will select prospective tenants that fit your criteria.  Cynthia has been helping me for a few years with my rentals, and she gets them filled fast.  She can also help you figure out what range of rent you can get in your market.

Her fee will be some portion of the 1st month's rent based on the property's characteristics.  I think her prices are a good value.
