    Can anyone recommend a loan servicing company that will process payments on wraparound mortgages such that they will send part of the borrower's payment to the first lien holder and send the remainder to the second lien holder?

    I have a loan with Amy also, but I don't know if she can report to credit bureaus.  Steve Skillern with Prime Loan Svcs. reports to 2 of the three so will help buyer build credit if needed.  Primeloanservices.com - 281-569-1816.
