    Hello all,

    My name is Matt Walker and I'm a Real Estate Broker with Billie Gregory & Associates.  I recently took a listing with a couple that has instructed me to not place the listing on the MLS until the end of April.  In the mean time, they have given me permission to market the property to investors. 

    Due to the owners' schedule, I am going to be scheduling a showing to as many investors that I can, this Saturday afternoon (April 12, 2014).  Time of the showing will be TBD, but I know that it will be in the afternoon (probably around 2:30 or 3pm). 

    The property is currently listed at $107,900; but the owners want to sell quickly and to bring all offers.

    If you would like to participate in the showing of this house this weekend, please post your email and I will add you to my distribution list for this property for showing times and property information.

    Tell me more.  What part of town is this in, size, age, condition, repairs needed, etc?   Is it a rehab deal?

    I agree with Tim, a little more information would be nice.  Since you have a broker's agreement with the owners, I'm not sure I see what harm there would be in sharing the actual address so we can do a little due diligence, but please at least share with us what city it's in.

    Address is 212 Asbury, Saginaw, TX 76179. 

    House is in great shape and is move-in ready. 

    It's probably not any kind of rehab deal unless the investor wants to change something cosmetically.

    This deal, to me, is a buy and hold play all the way.
