I am rather new to DFW and wholesaling and I just want to reach out to say hi and meeting the local community. I have been working on learning Wholesaling now for a few years but sadly have limited myself and have not gotten anywhere. So I decided that this up coming weekend I am going to breakout and try something that is outside of my comfort zone and really make my business get moving by going door knocking for sellers to get contracts to flip. I know I probably wont get much if any but it will be a great way to start interacting and working with sellers and my sales pitch.
I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone wanted to tag along with me. seasoned or new investors, I really don't care. A seasoned investor would be great to offer pointers and advice where a newer investor would benefit by offering co-training/partnering as well as motivating each other to really grow our business.
A lot of doors will be thrown in my face and I am aware of that, but I know that the path to success is built on the failures it took to get there.
