I wouldn't buy it as either an owner occupant or an investor because I don't like condos.
If I liked condos, I could see something in the neighborhood of $250,000 as FMV for an owner-occupant, but certainly wouldn't pay the current asking price.
As an investor, of course, my top dollar would be rather less.
My numbers could be off, I'm neither a realtor nor a condo guy, but that's what my 90 seconds of analysis says.
