I have a 1935 farm house that has been flipped a few times (though not always well) that has 12"x12" ceiling tiles that are stapled to the ceiling. From what I can see, there is some type of wall paper or ceiling paper on the ceiling under it.
What suggestions can you give me for alternatives to replace the ceiling tiles, other than new ceiling tiles?
