I am a seasoned newby, just got back in the game, looking at properties close to and in White Settlement, I have noticed a trend in some potential good cash flow properties. they are less than 1,000 sq.ft. retailing for around $25,000. but the rental income is $600. to $750. seems like a quick payoff and a steady stream of positive cash flow. The screening process needs to be tight to get good renters. I am looking for potential buyers for my list of people to call first before the official notice for a Handy Man Special-Cash.
