Self-directed IRA as a business partner

If I wanted to convert my old 401k to a self-directed IRA that would let me invest in local real estate, who would be a good company for me to use?

I am also thinking I can form an Limited Partnership with my IRA, and the IRA would finance the purchase of the property.  Is there a good company or consultant that could help with this?

    Thanks to everybody,
    JG

Jesus, I wish I had thought of something along these lines a couple of years ago.

Please keep us updated on your progress.

    HOWDY!

Try a company Equity Trust, http://wwtrustetc.com I understand they have a complete self-directed IRA package.

It's been a while since I have been in touch, but I am back In the game. hope this is helpful.

I'm looking forward to the meeting this Saturday, Wholesale info. It is always exhilarating to hear of Robin first
