For all you lawyers out there, how do I get around this one?
Both husband and wife are on the deed to a property. Husband left wife high and dry.
She has no way of getting in contact with him. She has no idea where he is or how to get in touch with him.
They are not divorced. She wants to sell the house to me. Can she do so without his consent?
If not, how can she sell it if she can't even find him?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
