Property Management is looking to hire an in-house leasing agent. We are
a midsize property management company that serves all the DFW metroplex
with a high concentration in Tarrant county. We always have properties
to lease. Our new agent will be required to actively work all inbound
prospects. NO slackers. We receive a large number of prospects
for each property from our signs, Zillow, Trulia, Appfolio, Hotpads, and
many more places. Our new leasing agent is expected to convert these prospects
into clients.
Actively work with other investors and property management companies to fill their vacancies in addition to ours.
This is a commission only position with more than enough leads provided to create a decent income.
Texas real estate license is required.
