Need a real estate experienced tax advisor

    I have 2 rentals and will be closing 3rd at the end of the January. So far, I have been doing taxes myself. I am self employed and have been investing extra money into real-estate. I am thinking that I am leaving money on the table and that I could improve tax situation and was wondering who do you guys, if you are willing to share, use as tax advisors, CPA's etc.

    I am a CPA with a local firm specializing in many tax areas, real estate being one of the major areas we focus on. We serve clients from individual investors with a few investment properties and rehabs to large investment partnerships/developers/etc. Real estate investing has many tax advantages to it, although it can become complicated at times which can lead to missed opportunities.
