    I have a friend who may be interested in selling their house under a "subject to" deal, their house is not selling and they really want to move. Who can we contact that will walk them through the deal with all the necessary paperwork? I know there are several members who are familiar with these types of transactions and we may need their services.

    I would call Dick Kellett (the club's videographer). He just taught a Subject To workshop and specializes in that sort of thing. I'll get you his contact info offline.

    Thanks for the replies, the home is in Joshua, approx 3000sf and asking price is around $215,000. At this time, we believe there may some movement on the property and would to see if anything progresses within 2 weeks.
