Hello All,
Got an interesting situation. I recently sold a flip (about 2 months ago) and the buyer says they think there is a plumbing leak. The entire sewer system of this house was replaced by getting necessary permits from the city etc,. Now the buyer is inquiring to see if there is a warranty for the work performed etc,. Before this thing snowballs into a bigger issue, what is the right course of action? As with most investor friendly contractors we don't necessarily have warranties with the work is performed. Should I send the buyer to contact the homeowner's warranty (which we paid for on behalf of the buyer) ?
