Looking for a wholesale/short sale/ or foreclosure house to rehab for my daughter to live in. She currently works at Heritage Trace and I35 and would like to find a house with an ARV of 150K - 175K with 3 bedrooms/study (or 4 bedrooms) 2 or more baths. Preferably one story but will consider 1 1/2 stories.
The areas she will consider are Keller, Saginaw, Wautaga, Lake Worth, Haslet, Southlake, Roanoke. Wants east of eagle mountain lake, north of 820. Will also consider Hurst, Bedford.
