We have begun to acquire high-end contracts and have had a little reluctance from investors to jump into them because of the investment amount needed. Some people are hesitant but assuming you know the right person, there is an entire market of deals to rehab that is virtually untapped in Fort Worth.We have just gotten executed contracts on two different properties in Fort Worth.
Numbers are looking like Purchase for $444k/Rehab at $125k/ARV at $777k for the first property and the second one is looking like Purchase for $220k/Rehab at $110k/ARV at $425-$450k(Depending on your appraiser, lol).
Regardless, this is my first post on here and I would really just like to get a feel for any Investors looking for High End Flips. The numbers have been verified and there will be a contractor bid on the second property to verify the rehab.
