Needs to be:
-DFW metroplex and surrounding areas (Tarrant, Denton and Johnson Counties are my preference)
-discounted
-no war zones, but c-class is ok if property is well maintained
-no $ limit
-apartment complexes or mobile home parks are perfect
- rent ready or distress - I can see value in ugly houses
- single properties are good to but need to be at a steeper discount - I love a good rehab
