    If she is a cash buyer or can close quickly. I also have a lead in the Keller school district, Villages of Woodland Springs. Seller is relocating. Priced around $170. Aprox. 2500 sf 4/2/2.

    I have a house in Trophy Club (just north of Keller) that is going on the market today. It is just over 3,000 square feet and totally remodeled: new wood floors, carpet, tile, stainless appliances...The address is 531 Indian Creek Drive. Let me know if she is interested. Bob Jones

    Bless you all. The seller is supposed to be under contract this weekend but I haven't heard back yet. She has vacated the house but hasn't moved its innerds out yet. Should know Monday. Cash/available will depend on the close, insurance and the inheritance. Her husband died unexpectedly and she refuses to set foot inside the house again.
