New Investor, Best Way to Build a Cash Buyer Network in DFW?

    I'm newer to the DFW market and working on building a reliable network of cash buyers for off-market SFH deals, mainly in Arlington, Dallas, NRH, and Irving.

    For those of you who've been in the game a while, what worked best for you when you were first building your buyer list? Networking events, online groups, title company contacts?

    Also happy to connect with anyone here who's actively buying in those areas. Always looking to learn and build relationships with experienced investors.
