I'm contemplating asking someone to put out bandit signs in Fort Worth. I would follow the typical approach of them going out on Friday night and being picked up (the ones that remain) Sunday night. Everyone talks about the effectiveness of this, but I'm concerned about the possible legal consequences. It wouldn't blanket a neighborhood with 100 signs or anything like that. Maybe about a dozen of them in a ~3 mile diameter area. My main concern is, has anyone been ticketed/fined for bandit signs? Any advice?
