Hello group, My name is Erick Thomas I am fairly new to real estate investing. I bought my first property investment in 2016 with a lease to own agreement. I'm ready to have it paid off and get started fully in the business. I have spent these last 10 yrs working towards this ultimate goal. Ive educated myself though books and youtube videos. I've rented out, to get that experience. That's about the extent of my knowledge. I have been a welder for the last 13 yrs and have decided to go full time into real estate investing and giving 100% of my time to learning as much as possible. I wont allow limiting beliefs to keep me from  pursuing this dream anymore. I know that investing is what I am meant to do in life. Being of service to others by providing a quality life and to create long-term value through responsible real estate investing that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and positive community impact. I'm looking for a mentor that shares these values and I'm willing to give 100% of my time to learn.

I have an issue.  I am trying to pay off a property that I have a signed agreement with the property owner (lease to own agreement). The property owner is not wanting to honor the agreement. I'd like some advise on what to do.

If he is not honoring the agreement, I think you need to talk to an attorney.

    Hey Erick,

I'm not an attorney, but I know a really good one.  If you'd like to give me a call at (817) 300-1132, I'll chat with you about your situation.

    Thanks,

    Robin
