    Forbes estimates that former “Flip This House” star Armando Montelongo will personally make $50 million this year staging 3,850 borrow-and-buy seminars that will be attended by 350,000 people.

    The Better Business Bureau has received more than 150 complaints about Montelongo’s seminar company in the past three years, and has rated it “F.” A Pebble Beach, Calif., Realtor complains, “You don’t get anything substantive.” Source: forbesindia.com.

    Can't speak to Montelongo himself, although Jimmy Reed remembers him as a fledgling wholesale student in the pre-Kiyosaki days  What IS funny is that both J.T.Foxx and Preston Ely are offering courses on the-real-money-is-in-being-a-guru-how-to-be-a-guru-like-me, although Foxx gives it a much more impressive handle.
