    Thanks for the compliment. I'm sure the way I manage my rentals is not the most profitable but it doesn't need to be. My reputation is more important and I never lease any residentialproperty that I would not put my mother in. I enjoy providing quality homes to people.

    I can't remeber a time that I haven't had multiple applications within a few days of listing. I beleve this is why I have so little turnover and tenant problems. Ihave nearly 80 of my own and manage another 20 or so for friends and family. It would not be possible without great tenants and a small group of service providers that really deliver.
