Hello everyone, my name is Jeremy Bird. I’m an Army veteran with extensive hands-on experience in construction, home building, remodeling, and property renovations. I’m currently in college pursuing a degree in Construction Management, continuing to build my technical and project leadership skills.
My goal in joining the Dallas–Fort Worth Real Estate Investors Club is to learn every aspect of real estate investing, specifically how to find solid deals, get properties under contract, and structure and fund those deals successfully. With my construction background, I bring strong value in evaluating properties, estimating rehab costs, and understanding what it takes to execute projects efficiently.
I’m here to learn, collaborate, and build long-term relationships with investors, mentors, and partners who are actively doing deals in the DFW market.
