    Sir,

    I am always in the market for a good deal in Tarrant, Parker, Hood, Palo Pinto and Johnson counties. I prefer brick, 3/2/2 and 4/2/2 homes to FLIP or hold.  Any size and any condition.  Small Multi-Family good too.  I specialize in "DIFFICULT" deals such as low to no equity. Send'em over anytime.
