I recently purchased a property in Grand Prairie and am currently trying to relocate the previous owner into a rental property. He is open to Grand Prairie, Arlington, Kennedale, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Fort Worth, Mansfield, etc. He is very flexible in terms of location and Bedrooms/Bathrooms/size. His preferred budget would be around $1500/month. Due to his credit being poor and currently not being employed he would be willing to put up the full 12 months rent plus deposit up front as he acquired a large sum of money from the sale of his home. He has no pets and does not smoke, also no criminal history. He is ready to move in immediately.
