Problems buying from listsource.com

    I'm having an issue buying a list from listsource.com  I don't know if it's a problem on my end or theirs, but my only payment option is Paypal.  Does anyone know if this is their standard operating procedure?  Or is it an issue with my browser?  If this is how they conduct business I'm going to have to setup a paypal and all that, can anyone recommend another list vendor, or does anyone recommend a better way of obtaining a list of absentee owners?

    I never used that one site. I will look at tonight. My husband downloads the list from the tarrant appraisal site and pulls the information from that. That one is free. We get our preforclosure lists from the foreclosure listing service. The lists don't cost much, but we have not had good luck with them. We have just started getting our probate lists from searchable sellers. They cost a little more than other places, but they put out a list every week. The other ones dont. Last week we got a call from the appraisal list and one from the searchable selers list. Hope that helps you out.

    Donna, thank you for your reply.  What list do yall pull from Tarrant county?  I don't live in Tarrant, but if I can, I'll pull something similar from my courthouse.  The only list I've been able to obtain from them so far is 1,500 pages long, and sifting through it is very tiring.
