One of my clients, Reggie Walker, would like to owner-finance or lease-purchase a home east of loop 360. He had mentioned Arlington, Euless, Irving, Garland, and he can pay $1000/month. I explained owner financing and lease option to him, together with Allan Miller's credit restoration program. He is amenable to both methods.
