I am getting ready to buy property that needs a lot of work. I have been out of the business for 20 years so my idea of today's cost for these major jobs leaves me puzzled. This house needs a complete gutting to the studs. The house is 1530 Sqft and I would appreciate if a Rehab Investor could give me a ruff price estimate for these jobs.
