    Throughout my areas, the median price still hovers at 140k.  I'm pulling stats to confirm how many properties are closing in each of the 10,000 slices and the average days on market for each slice. (90-100, 100-110...). 

    Greg's rule of thumb was 90-140k for the sweet spot at his 3-day master class last year. Is that still true?

    I have two "sweet spots."  My rental "sweet spot" is 75K to $140K.  My rehab-n-retail "sweet spot" is $100K to $190K.
