I am managing a home in East Fort Worth and wanted to see if any investors are interested in a buy and hold opportunity. It is currently leased and the lease is up the end of June, 2023. I could possibly move her out early if need be. The house was rehabbed and is in great shape and the roof is about 2 years old. The only thing it needs is some foundation work and the owner doesn't really want to do it if he can sell it as is.
