I'm looking for ALL DEALS up to around 500K ARV but will look at others above that if it’s a killer deal. More specifically I have buyers looking for good rehab properties in solid neighborhoods from 50 to 200K ARV and I have buyers looking for turnkey rentals from 50K up to about 125K ARV.
