    Hello, we are interested in selling our house. We purchased a fixer in Cleburne, TX about 18 months ago and do not have the capital, time, or desire to fix up the property. We would like to sell it as is, and thought that posting for advice and help here might be our best bet. Any ideas on how to go about getting out of the house in a relatively quick manner? Any thoughts would be welcome.

    I think you should contact JenniferBuysHouses once.They are not real estate agents,they are the company who buy my property AS-IS and they do not charge any extra brokerage charges,by this you can also save the money that you need to give to any real estate agent.
