So I've just mailed out my second list. I've figured out how to pull probate leads from my farm area courthouse, and I'm going to make a list every Monday of all the probate leads from the week before. And keep track of each weekly list and mail to it once a month for 6 months. So in the first week of June I'll be mailing lists titled "May week 1" and "June week 1."
My question is, am I going to run into anything different in probate other than the simple, "sign with seller" "sign with cash buyer" typical wholesale transaction?
I'm specifically worried about running into legal issues (not criminally legal) like wills, time periods I may not already be aware of, stuff like that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
