I was there recently. There are many more folks than used to be, as well as hedge fund buyers / CA buyers (I have confirmed this with multiple sources). And they are paying CRAZY-HIGH rates from what I could tell. The courthouse has never been my primary source for deals, so if you start attending regularly, please update the rest of us. I probably won't go back for a while.
