Investor rehab in Bedford area - purchase with a front-end buyer

    I have a qualified buyer that is looking for a 1,500 sf home in the Bedford area in the $100K ARV market.  3/2/2 near 121/183.  Townhouse OK, with a small yard.  No duplexes.   If you are in investor or wholesaler that has or knows of a property that needs rehab, and can turn the house by the end of May, I have a front-end buyer.  If the property is acceptable to her, she will contract to purchase it at the time you purchase it with the down payment as earnest money.

    I believe I'm understanding correctly that your buyer would like an investor to buy the property and then immediately sell it to her and carry back a note or wrap the note.  Is that right?  Thanks
