    Hey Paula, I spoke with him and he’s pretty slammed right now, one man band kind of operation.  Here are some other landlord referred options that can assist.  Just make sure to specify you want them to use NU22.

    Thanks Bill.  Thanks for recording these vendors for future reference.

    Reliant diagnosed a leak in my inside unit in a place that is impossible to repair if anyone were inclined to do so. And of course replacement equipment no longer exists.

    It was only two pounds low, so I think I will eek by for another year, at least on this one property (my own home).
